The Volkswagen Constellation 15.190 is a light-heavy member of Volkswagen Truck & Bus's flagship Constellation line, produced at the Resende plant in Rio de Janeiro state since 2005. In Volkswagen's naming, the "15.190" marks a 15-tonne class truck with roughly 190 hp, drawn from an MWM diesel. Its manageable size makes it a common base for specialized bodies — here fitted as a power-utility aerial-platform truck in the colors of Equatorial Energia, a Brazilian electricity distributor, for overhead line maintenance.
